Before you send a bug report

A useful bug report includes:

• The skin file or Minecraft username you were trying to convert.
• Which body model (Steve or Alex) you selected.
• Which overlays were toggled on.
• What you expected to see and what actually happened.
• Your browser and operating system (for example, “Chrome 138 on Windows 11”).

Screenshots of the input skin, the 3D preview, and the downloaded template help a lot. If the issue is that the upload to Roblox Studio failed, a screenshot of the Studio error message is also useful.

Privacy

Email sent to the address above is read by the site operator only. It is not shared, sold, or added to a mailing list. Replies are sent from the same address. For more on how the Site itself handles data, see the privacy policy.

Response time

This is a side project, not a product with a support team behind it. Replies usually arrive within a few days, but no specific response time is guaranteed.
